Frooty ACTIVE, an extension of the Frooty brand, is an isotonic drink, an enhanced recovery drink that contains hydrating properties and is fortified with the following vitamins and minerals:

Potassium: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure

Vitamins B1, B3 (niacin), B6 and B12 which help fight fatigue and facilitate the transformation of nutrients into energy.

Magnesium is an essential mineral necessary for the formation of bone structure by facilitating the absorption of calcium in the body. It also helps improve athletic performance and reduce fatigue.
